The site is situated to the eastern side of Castleford Town Centre about one mile away.  The Airedale Estate on which the site stands is most easily accessed either from the west from the Town Centre or from the south on the Castleford Ferrybridge Road.  Attached to these particulars is an ordnance survey plan with the site edged in red and a macro location plan.

PLANNING PERMISSION

Planning Consent has been obtained for four pairs of semi-detached houses and a row of three town houses.  A copy of the Planning Consent is available from the Chartered Surveyors.  A copy of the layout plan of the site is attached to these particulars.

TITLE INDEMNITY INSURANCE
